AIRTEC Motorsport Auxiliary Radiator for Toyota Yaris GR Gen2
Whilst the Gen 1 Yaris GR did not feature an auxiliary radiator, AIRTEC Motorsport created one fitted behind the bumper to help cooling and it proved effective, so it was no surprise that the new and improved Gen 2 Yaris GR came fitted with an auxiliary radiator already located behind the bumper.
That gave us a head start to create a direct replacement radiator that was larger in capacity to help cooling. As a result, the increased core size radiator is taller, wider and deeper, which means capacity is increased by 86% compared to standard, whilst frontal area is also increased by 19% to help cool the extra capacity.
To ensure its effectiveness, the comprehensive package also features a front guide to direct fresh air into the oil cooler as well as a rear duct to ensure flow out.

As part of our expanding Toyota platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our auxiliary radiator upgrade aimed at Yaris GR Gen 2 models for fast road or track use.
Whilst the Gen 1 Yaris GR did not feature an auxiliary radiator, AIRTEC Motorsport created one fitted behind the bumper to help cooling and it proved effective, so it was no surprise that the new and improved Gen 2 Yaris GR came fitted with an auxiliary radiator already located behind the bumper.
That gave us a head start to create a direct replacement radiator that was larger in capacity to help cooling. As a result, the increased core size radiator is taller, wider and deeper, which means capacity is increased by 86% compared to standard, whilst frontal area is also increased by 19% to help cool the extra capacity.
To further improve its effectiveness, the kit also utilises laser-cut aluminium ducting to force cold air through the radiator. To create a flow path and ensure cooling, air then exits via an aluminium duct through to the inner arch liner. Furthermore, to protect the larger core in its vulnerable position at the front of the car, there is also a mesh stone guard fitted in place.
Despite the significant improvements, the radiator fits neatly behind the bumper and requires no modifications to fit, using the OEM mounts and the original coolant connectors.
Finished in a high-quality powder-coated black finish, the comprehensive fitting kit includes a detailed instruction fitting guide.
